Exchange & Return Policy – Haq Fabrics 

At Haq Fabrics, we supply only 100% original branded clothing at wholesale rates. To ensure fairness and trust, our exchange and return policy is clear and transparent.

Eligibility

  • Exchange/return applies only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Only faulty items can be exchanged (not entire orders).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bulk bundles, cut pieces, stitched suits, and customized orders.

  • Shade variations or minor differences due to lighting/photography.

Process

  • Report issues with proof (photos/videos) via phone or email within 3 working days.

  • Return items must be sent to: Jamal Mansion Street, Tata Market, near HBL Bank, Faisalabad.

  • Courier/shipping charges for returning items will be paid by the customer.

  • Once verified, replacement items will be arranged. Shipping charges for sending the exchanged item back will also be paid by the customer.

Refunds

  • No cash refunds at wholesale rates.

  • Compensation is provided only as replacement or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Haq Fabrics covers shipping for faulty/incorrect items.

  • Buyers cover costs in all other cases.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions. Our goal is to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships.
